The Story

Why Nivesh Sarthi exists

Nivesh Sarthi started from a simple observation. In and around Khamgaon, plenty of families save carefully and consistently — often more consistently than people earning far more in the cities. What is usually missing is not discipline. It is that nobody has ever sat down with them and explained what a mutual fund is, how a SIP actually works, or why the scheme with the best three-year return is not automatically the right one for them.

Ajinkya Khandare, along with Co-founder Minal Khandare, established this practice to offer clear, thoughtful financial advice. Ajinkya holds a PGDM in Banking & Financial Services from MIT School of Distance Education and is certified under NISM Series V-A, Series VIII, and Series X-A. The practice is new, and this page would rather say so than imply otherwise: what it offers is current qualifications, a method it can explain, and the time to give every investor a proper hearing.

What does not happen here is a conversation that opens with a scheme. Every one starts with what the money is for and when it will be needed, because those two answers settle most of what follows.

A fund that suits you and that you can stay invested in will nearly always beat a better fund that you abandon in the first bad year.

The Approach

What we commit to

Simple & Easy to Understand

No jargon and no rushing. We explain what a fund is, what it can and cannot do, and what you are signing — for as long as it takes for it to genuinely make sense.

Goal-Oriented Investing

Every rupee gets a job: a home, your child’s education, retirement, an emergency buffer. Money invested for a reason is far easier to stay invested in.

Modern Approach

Paperless onboarding, digital transactions and online tracking, so you can start a SIP, add to it and watch it from your phone — without a trip to anyone’s office.

Personal Support

You will always be speaking to Ajinkya or Minal, never a call centre. The same two people who set your plan up are the ones who review it with you.

Our Approach

Understand. Plan. Invest. Review.

Four steps, in that order, every time. Nothing is recommended before the first one is done.

  1. 01

    Understand

We start with you, not with a scheme. Income, commitments, what you are saving for, when you will need it, and how you would feel if it fell 20% along the way.

  2. 02

    Plan

Each goal gets a time horizon, an amount and a sensible category of fund — with the reasoning written down in plain language so you can check it later.

  3. 03

    Invest

Paperless KYC, a SIP or lumpsum set up digitally, and every document explained before you sign it. Start small if you would rather; it can always be stepped up.

  4. 04

    Review

We look at it together periodically, and whenever life changes — a new job, a new child, a goal that has arrived. Changes get made because something changed, not because markets moved.

The First Step

Ready to take the first step?

Whether you are starting your first ₹500 SIP or looking at a portfolio built up over years, the first conversation is free and there is nothing to sign.
